My receipt status or Cash Dash Inbox total hasn't updated. How long does the process take?

When you submit a receipt to us, it is manually reviewed by someone here. It then goes to our payment department for approval. Then the total will be added to your inbox towards your $25 payout goal. This can take some time depending on how many offers we have going, and how many receipts we receive. We always try to update your receipt statuses, and Cash Dash Inbox totals as soon as possible, and are always working as fast as we can to do this. The more offers we have out there, the more receipts we are receiving. Sometimes the numbers can get quite high, but all submissions will definitely be reviewed. If your app doesn't update right away, don't lose hope!
