I can’t fit my entire receipt in the photo. What do I do?

To process your receipt we need to be able to see the date of purchase, the total of the purchase, items purchased, and the location of the store. If you have a long receipt, you can take more than one photo when submitting. If we can not see the entire receipt in one or more images to verify these things, the receipt will be rejected and you will have the chance to resubmit your receipt with new images. As long as it is within 72 hours of the time we sent you the rejection email, we will still accept and process your resubmission.
